‘No call has been received’: Cate Blanchett says Downton Abbey bosses have ignored her attempts to get part on the period drama
Cate Blanchett is trying to land herself a role on Downton Abbey.
During an appearance on ITV’s Lorraine on Wednesday morning, the Oscar-winning actress confessed that she had asked her agent to try and secure her a cameo part on the show.
‘I did have words, and I followed up with my agent,’ she half-jokingly admitted.
